During June 2006, the Susquehanna River experienced flood stage, which caused damage to the docks of the Pride of the Susquehanna riverboat, on which I serve as one of the captains. I needed to rent scuba equipment to work on the docks and even though HSC Inc doesn't open until 6 PM during the week, the owner came in at 7:45 AM to supply the needed equipment to do my work. High marks for service!
