I recently completed my PADI open water course here and had a great time in the process. As a resident of Tokyo (but a British national) I was happy to be taught by a Japanese instructor as I was confident that no short cuts would be taken and a fully dedicated course would be offered.The staff of Emerald Green are japanese but all speak english very well (easily well enough for me to complete the course in english), they are all friendly ,professional and are a pleasure to be with in and out of the water.
