Mares is known for quality, and they haven't fallen down here. This is a pretty good 6.5-mm semi dry suit. No special "Titanium super reflective layers" or anything, but it seems to do the job well. Double seals at the wrists and ankles, with a zipper that's long enough to be of some use on the surface, but still not like a pair of jeans. Although this suit sure doesn't feel like diving naked, you're not going to use it in water where you'd WANT to be naked. Kept me pretty comfortable in at 55-60 deg water, but definitely too heavy if you're only diving in the tropics. Fairly thick kneepads that feel pretty comfortable - pretty good suit overall if you're diving in cooler waters.
