Cheap enough that you won't cry if you lose it. Cheap enough that you won't look after it much either. Doesn't come with a sheath, but it's pretty uniform - it'll fit into whatever sheath you may have lying around. The blade is pretty thin, and comes with a good edge on it - you might want to just buy a few of these so that you have more to replace them if one gets lost or goes dull.
I don't really like the colors, but that doesn't mean much about the knife. As diving knives go, this is like one of those dollar store utility knives - they do the job, but you'll never get very attached to it - this thing is a tool, not a work of art.
