Good little throwaway knife. It's cheap - which is good, since it falls out of the sheath every time you kick, spin, twist, or gyrate in the water. If you don't plan on holding this one in your hand, don't plan on keeping it either. It's a good backup to keep in a BCD pocket or something, but if you have this one strapped onto your body somewhere, make sure to kiss it goodbye before you jump off the boat.
Otherwise, it's an OK knife for ten bucks - it cuts, seems to hold an edge for the week or so that you'll likely one it, etc. Good value for the money, but overall very little money and therfore very little value.
