Big Squeeze is a big disappointment... a review of the Wenoka Big Squeeze Lock Knife, Blunt Tip by JiminyCricket
The knife looks fine, fits into your hands well even if you're wearing gloves, and feels great strapped onto your waist or BC... until it randomly falls out and you nearly slash yourself grabbing at it. The "big squeeze" locking system is terrible. I don't know if I just can't figure out how to make proper use of it or if it's just flat-out a bad system. Either way, I'm buying another dive knife just so that I don't have to keep dealing with the frustration of using this one. Other than the locking system, it's an all-around OK knife - but keeping it is pretty bloody important, so I can't really recommend the "big squeeze" series.
