Not bad at this price... a review of the Deep See Aqua Glide Snorkeling Fins by Dave
For snorkeling and freediving, the Deep See Aqua Glides are all right - they're small enough that they feel more like big shoes than having an enormous rubber wedge strapped to your toes. The claims about "twice the speed with half the effort" seem a bit exaggerated, though; granted I don't have to kick very hard with these on, but they were so flexible that I had to kick more often. So less force, more often - you wind up paddling furiously and moving along at a reasonable clip.
Anyway, decent fins for the price, but far from my favourite pair ever.
