This is a good BCD with great lift ability. A nice option for tech, instructor, rescue. I bought this shortly after I got certified, and several years later...I am now pursuing instructor, and I am glad that I have this BCD. Its durable. The only negatives I can say is...I got the yellow panel option--don't--mine is now faded and looks junky; also its harder to stow in the backpack mesh bags b/c of all the dangling parts.
